Competition work (not used)

My own dog’s breed is a Danish Swedish Farmdog. The finnish organization of Danish Swedish farmdogs ”Suomen Tanskalais-ruotsalaiset pihakoirat ry” had a logo designing competion and this was my proposal (it did’t get selected for official logo).

Representatives of this breed are  described as cheerful, watchful, friendly and intelligent. My goal was capture the personality of Farmdogs. The comic style font and illustration line was chosen to represent dog’s frendliness and happiness. I continued the comic style with black and white color theme.
